Fishing Overview

Water levels on Fishing creek are low and temps have dropped. Bitter cold this week will make getting on the water a chore...good week to tie some flies! Fish are done spawning, target the deeper slower runs on these cold days. Nymphing has been productive and streamers are going to move fish as well. Look out for redds as eggs and fry are still developing.

Fishing Creek fish are notorious for hiding under rocks and eating sub-surface, stick with nymphs unless you see fish actively feeding on top. Cover water! If deep pools aren't producing try slow shallow seams.
